We are three passionate creators working together as Harmony Crafters Collective. This document outlines our shared policies for both handmade and digital services under the Harmony Crafters umbrella.

🧶 Handmade Product Policy

All handmade items are created with care in a pet-free, smoke-free environment. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, slight variations may occur—making each piece wonderfully unique.

Materials Used by Harmony Crafters Brands:

• Crochet & Knit Items – Made with 100% Acrylic Wool (As a Collective)

• Paintings – Made with 100% Acrylic Paint (SkyStarArt)

• Sketches – Created using high-quality pencils, ink, or other mediums (SketchDreams)

• Beaded Jewellery – Made with 100% Glass Beads (As a Collective)

Please view the colour charts in our Portfolio before placing an order.

⏳ Processing Times

All handmade items are made to order. Approximate timelines:

• Small Items (jewellery, face scrubbies, keychains, lanyards): 3–5 business days

• Medium Items (toys, baby goods, mid-size art): 5–10 business days

• Large Items (blankets, large art, intricate pieces): 2–4 weeks

• Custom Orders: Processing time varies by complexity; you’ll receive an estimate after inquiry.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Nationwide shipping is available via Pudo, Paxi, or local courier. You’ll receive rates and estimated timelines upon request.

Shipping Disclaimer:
Once an item is shipped and tracking details are provided, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier and customer. Harmony Crafters is not liable for delays, damages, or issues caused during transit.

If needed, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

🧼 Care Instructions

To keep your handmade item beautiful and lasting:

• Crochet & Knit Items: Gentle cycle wash, spot clean, or air dry

• Paintings & Sketches: Keep dry and away from sunlight

• Beaded Jewellery: Wipe gently, avoid water and chemicals

🔁 Returns & Refunds

As all handmade/crafted items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

✨ Custom Orders & Special Requests

We love custom creations! Reach out before ordering if you have a special request. Processing times and pricing will vary depending on the design.

💻 Digital Services Policy

Harmony Crafters also offers creative digital services as qualified graphic designers.

Services Offered:

• Graphic Design (cards, posters, brochures)

• Website Design & Maintenance

• Social Media Management

⏳ Processing Times

All services are tailored to order:

• Cards & Posters: 2–4 business days

• Brochures & Documents: 5–7 business days

• Basic Website Design: 1–2 weeks

• Advanced Sites: 3–6 weeks minimum

• Website Maintenance: 1–5 business days

• Social Media Setup: 3–5 business days

• Ongoing Management: Weekly/monthly as agreed

🖌 Revisions & Approvals

• Two free revisions per service

• Once approved, further changes are treated as new requests

📁 Delivery & File Formats

Final designs are delivered via email or secure file link. Formats include JPEG, PNG, PDF, and vectors (if applicable). Let us know in advance if you need specific formats.

❌ Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds once work has started

• Partial refunds may be considered if cancelled before work begins

🌐 Website & Social Media Terms

• Minor website updates and troubleshooting included

• Branding materials must be provided unless otherwise arranged

• Temporary access to platforms may be required

🔄 Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

• Provide all necessary content (text, logos, images) before the project begins

• Approve revisions and respond promptly
