All items are carefully handmade in a pet-free, smoke-free environment. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, making each piece unique.

Materials Used:

Crochet & Knit Items – Made with 100% Acrylic Wool. (Please select your wool colour choice from the Colour Charts in my Portfolio before ordering.)

Paintings – Made with 100% Acrylic Paint.

Sketches – Created with high-quality art materials (pencil, ink, or other mediums as specified per piece).

Beaded Jewellery – Made with 100% Glass Beads. (Please select your bead colour choice from the Colour Charts in my Portfolio before ordering.)

Processing Times

All items are handmade to order. The following time-frames serve as a minimum guideline—processing times may be longer during busy periods.

Small Items (e.g., beaded jewellery, face scrubbies, phone lanyards, Amigurumi keychains, small crochet accessories): 3-5 business days

Medium Items (e.g., standard crochet toys, baby items, medium paintings, detailed sketches): 5-10 business days

Large Items (e.g., blankets, intricate Amigurumi, large paintings, large knit pieces): 2-4 weeks

Custom Orders: Processing time varies depending on complexity. You will receive an estimated time-frame upon request.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery or shipping is available at the customer’s expense.

We ship via Pudo, Paxi, or courier services nationwide.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be provided upon inquiry. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Paintings & Sketches: Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight for longevity. Handle with clean, dry hands.

Beaded Jewellery: Wipe with a soft cloth; avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
